Stephen Kittner · Engineer & educator · Herefordshire, UK
I started as an engineering apprentice in 1995 — machine shop, fabrication, CNC — then moved into design. In 2007 I began teaching, and went on to lead engineering departments: Head of Engineering at SGS College, then Head of Centre at Heart of Worcestershire College.
That mix is the point. I teach like an engineer and engineer like a teacher: practical, evidence-first, and focused on what people can do afterwards.
